What is Golem

A Telegram bot that hunts for a flat with you, day after day.

Searching by hand means 8+ sites, each with its own filters, the same flat posted twice, and small print about charges, the deposit (kauce) and the agency fee. Golem keeps track of all of it for you.

Named after the golem of Prague's legend, the clay helper that did the hard work.

Watches
Sreality, Bezrealitky, Bazoš, UlovDomov, Expats.cz and more, spotting new flats in minutes.
Picks
Filters by city, layout (1+kk, 2+kk…), Prague districts, budget and size, and sends each flat once, even if it's reposted across several sites.
Sends
Each new flat to your Telegram, with the photo, rent (and charges, if listed), map link and the ad.
Checks
Instead of decoding dozens of Czech ads by hand, tap Analyze: AI-backed review of legal and practical details, full monthly and move-in costs, and what to ask before you sign.

How to join

  1. Ask for access

Open Golem in Telegram and tap Start. Golem is in private beta: I let new people in by hand, a few each day.

  2. Set your search

City, layouts, Praha districts, price and size, on one screen. Or just type it: “praha 2+kk up to 25000 from 40 m2”.

  3. Get new flats

Right after you save, the latest flats that fit, from the last 3 days. Then each new one soon after it's posted.

Private beta.

I built Golem for my own flat search in Prague. Now I want it to help others too. It's free and open to a few new people each day while I make it reliable. The bot speaks English for now.
